I have owned several Park Ave's and it's a common problem. You can resolve the binding issue yourself if you are mechanically inclined. You must take the door panels off with the windows up.....be very careful.....(caution used when disconnecting wires and plugs), remove the sound dampening seal membrane, use a good light to shine inside the door and locate the tracks (front and rear) that the window slides in. Sometimes, not always, the tracks have popped out of their metal support braces and need to be pushed or glued back in place. If they've popped out, even a little, it's enough to cause binding. Once you reseat them, get a good quality, name brand, spray can of silicone lubricant and spray the inside of the tracks, front and rear. Put the door panel back in place and operate the window, up and down. Spray the silicone lubricant on the top portions of the tracks and operate the window again several cycles, up and down. You should see a significant improvement in movement and operation. This also saves the window regulator from burning out on a serious bind. Good luck.

I had the same experience with my Park Ave. I have also had a problem with breaking door handles, about once a year it seems. Any way, while I have the door panels off I grease the window tracks and it has cured my problems with the front windows.
