Driver window switch replacement

(1999 Pontiac Grand Prix)
How do I get access to the switch pod to replace the switch for the driver's window? Do I need to replace the whole switch pod or can I replace a single switch.

accessing the switch to remove it is by using a small thin blade screw driver at the front on the switch assembly. You'll should see a small square slot to insert the screw driver tip. Push the screw driver into that slot hard enough to compress a clip and with another screw driver attempt prying the switch assembly up from the front. Once up grab the switch assm. and wiggle it forward so the rear retainer clears the door panel and then lift and pull the switch assm. far enough to unclip the wire harness connector from the switch assm.
