Driver side windows will not move

(1999 BMW 328i)
in Tracy, CA on December 13, 2008
My window doesn't move at all. There are three ways to move it, putting top down, its own button and the all windows button. I hear no noise, no clicking, nothing. Have replace fuse, no go. All other windows work fine.

Hi Bill,

My sense is that the window motor has failed, or there is an issue with the wiring to the motor. Some of these vehicles have a control module in the door that controls the window motor, and there could also be an issue with that.
