My driver side low beam does not work the bulb is good what could the problem be?

Also, since repair has been attempted - check fuse # 3 - under hood fuse box.

Hello, how do you know the bulb is good If the high beam works, the low beam isn't necessarily good. If the you swap the bulb with the passenger front bulb, and it works over there, then have a look at the socket and wiring on the driver's side. Further circuit testing may be needed.
Additionally, if you have "High Intensity Discharge" (HID), you may have an issue with the igniter or control module, relays, and further on.
