Driver air bag and pass seat belt

The driver side air bag and pass side air bag light stays on. Never had and accident. Maybe, seat or seat belt buckle?

A scan tool is required to retrieve codes stored in the computer of your car to see where to start checking first. I am not sure if there are any recalls or Technical Service Bulletin relating to the SRS system on your car but I would check first.

I will love to use the scan tool myself. You may recommend a tool I should use on the 2008, grand vitara. Thank you.
