Check motor mounts, trans mounts. If those are ok, then you need to check your fluid levels in the transmission, low fluid will also cause this issue. Also there is a sensor that could be going bad causing your tranny to jerk. To check the motor mounts, have someone stand in front of the vehicle when you are shifting from park to reverse, if motor jumps, then you have a bad or all are bad motor mounts. Letting this go to long means you will have to replace the tranny, and possibly more. Take care of it asap
