Drivability issue

my 2007 chevy uplander has a drivabilty issue. sometimes while driving the passenger side wheel will lock up. what woould cause this to happen. now i'm starting to have problems with the transmission.

That's a tough one. If it locks up when you touch the brake, there may be a brake problem, if the thing just locks up anytime, it's a mystery to me. Get it towed to a Chevy specialist ASAP, sounds like a safety issue.
