rear door will not open for the inside or outside

It is tricky, but the door card can still be removed luckily enough.
If you aren't so handy with tools and have never done it before, i strongly suggest a mechanic have a crack at it, which can be found in the "find a shop" tab above.
There a two T20 torx screws behind some caps under the grab handle, one behind the window switch and two behind the decorative trim.
Once the screws are removed, to gain better access, remove the rear seat by pulling the front section up HARD and jimmy out.
Now the door trim should be able to be removed, rubber membrane carefully removed and the faulty component found.
Possible door actuator or cable.
