Don't have much heat in the car

(2002 Chrysler 300M)

Tried diagnostic check, didn't show anything. Heater hoses are hot, but bottm radiator hose is cool. Heat guage is just below center of scale

try replacing t stat first and pressure test for leaks

Heater core could be plugged up. Theres also a calibration procedure for the climate control. Just google it, its a several step process, but easy to do, just in case the blend doors arent calibrated mixing cool air with the warm air.
