99 C230 with 110,000 miles. Does the supercharger require periodic service? Does it have a finite service life or known problems?

There is no required care other than the oil changes and coolant services. It is a part of the engine.

not sure about yours, but mine went out at about 90,000 on my 2002 c230. got a mechanic to repair it for about 2400.00 which is the cheapest i found after checking around all the mechanics i trust. if it does start to act up, get it fixed asap, mine caused oil leakage, contaminating my maf. not pretty
