Does the oil pump lubricate the camshaft synchronizer in a 2007 Ford Taurus?

(2006 Ford Taurus)
in La Crosse, WI on November 29, 2012
I had the camshaft synchronizer replaced due to a chirping sound coming from that location; however, the sound has returned. My thought is that the oil pump isn't working properly thereby, not distributing the oil to that location. Is that a possibility or is it something else?

Who did the repair? Was the cam sync.a dealer part or an after market reman?
Maybe one of the other guys may know if a TSB was issued for this as it is a common
problem on this car. Don't think it is pump related.
