My 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500 won't get out of Limp mode. It will temporarily reset, operate normal for a minute after stopping and restarting, but it goes right back into limp mode. My mechanic says it's the Turbo Pressure Control Valve. He said it cannot be replaced and that my only fix is to replace the whole turbo system. Does anyone know if:
1. the valve itself can be fixed or removed and replaced?
2. there is anyway to bypass the turbo so it can operate at a normal(ish) speed?
3. there is an alternative to R&R'ing the whole turbo system?
Thank you!
Jason
Driver parks van, engine running shifted into park, van starts reversing with nobody at the wheel. This has happened twice in the last 3 months.
What seems to make the problem better or worse? not driving the van, it is safer

how do I add trans fluid and how do I check it I found a red tab on a top and it is broke and there is no stik attached to it
When turning the key in the ignition, the engine won't fire sometimes. it is turning over but intermittently the engine will fire. We thought this be caused from the engine being cold but this issue happens in the middle of the day too, after the vehicle has been running for a few hours. However, if the key is turned over and brought back to the off position, then immediately turned over a second time, the engine then turns over and the vehicle starts. What would cause this issue?

Thank you in advance.
at lower speeds it jumps as if the powering steering is sometimes working making the steering hard to control.
I can't get a inspection tag till this problem is fixed. Please help
The dial switch doesnot turn on fan
When I try to start my 2004 Freightliner 2500 SHC with 38,690 miles, the glow plug light stays on and the radiator fan comes on screaming and won't start. Checked the fuses for the ignition (took them out and reinstalled them, they were all good). There was a screw completely out of its place under the fuse hatch on the steering column. I screwed it back in after checking all the fuses in the column and under the drivers seat. Tried to start it and it started. Drove it around for about 10 minutes, no problem. Shut it off and restarted, no problem. Took a 5 minute drive came back, shut it off and went into the house for several minutes. When I came back out, the problem had returned. I am at a loss as to why it worked and now it won't. Have you run into this problem before? Thanks for any help you can give me.
