Daytime Running Lights

(1999 Chevrolet Tahoe)
According to manufacturer there is daytime running lights on my vehicle. They dont work and I dont see a switch to turn them on or off. All my other lights work fine. Could they have been disconnected? Also checked fuse and it is fine.

I think the daytime running lights stay on full time when driving, I see all these parts for your daytime running lamp system (sensor,diode,module and relay) But try changing the bulbs first because since they run full time while you drive chances are the bulbs just burnt out.
