Day time running lights

my low beam and high beam lights work good my high beam light stays on on my dash all the time ,and i have no drl's they are not on i read there are resistors if so where ? and bad ground wire also where is it located ? any thing else you can think of would help thanks

Diagnosing electrical problems requires a wiring diagram, voltmeter and the ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits. It's probably not the answer you want but this can be caused by many things and it's very difficult to figure out. One question, did this happen after replacing a bulb?
