Cranks but no start. random sometimes cranks for several days then no start.

replace distributor, ignition switch, fuel pump sensor. some days hear fuel pump kick in some days no fuel pump initiation

Research *MAIN RELAY* !! .. Location - under drivers side dash, left of steering column.. Use Google for pictures.. >>> 94 Accord main relay

Replace the relay .. Do not attempt to repair the relay!

I did replace the main relay twice with no improvement. please what do I do next.

Next 'guess' is an intermittently failing fuel pump..... Main relay IS fuel pump relay! .. Just saying.

I thought about that but was not sure if fuel pump could arbitrarily work sometimes and fail at others. Got to be it because nothing else to replace. Do you agree

No, there are more possibilities! .. Poor connections .. PCM itself .. Circuit to pump (wiring) failing.. Hands-on testing required at this point.

What is PCM sorry little ignorant. Also is there a separate wiring harness from dash to fuel pump?
