Cracked belt

(1996 Dodge Stratus)
in Puyallup, WA on April 02, 2011
Had radiator chemically flushed because they said it looked like mud. They also said the belts are cracked and need to be changed along with the water pump. $109 for the radiator and $700 for the belts and water pump. Is that kind of high?

The radiator for $109 seems cheap but $700 for water pump and belts sounds high. You could call another shop, try a Chrysler specialist and ask for a price.
