Sounds like you may have a transmission issue "crawls home". Is your "Check Engine Lite" on? You can "reset" your Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM) by disconnecting your battery for a couple of minutes, however, if your concern reappears, I suggest visiting your local dealership or reputable repair facility.
