when i disconnect the spark wire from cylinder # 3 there is no change in rpm, i have a spark the injector tested good, do' anyone have any ideas what i should do next i don't have a compresion tester i just took one spark plug out at a time and felt by hand, they all felt and sounded the same.

Spend the money for a compression tester. YOU HAVE COMPRESSION PROBLEM!

Code 43 has nothing to do with a dead cylinder.
