Why does my clutch stick to the floor when I try to shift?

(1996 Toyota Tacoma)
in Denver, CO on September 13, 2018
I have replaced the clutch master clyinder and clutch kit, but the clutch sticks and doesn't return. I was told by a kid that there is a special part that cost about 3to $400 and it fixed the problem, I can't remember who told me or the part name. can you tell me the name of the part
to repair my problem.
I have repaired the master cylinder and clutch kit twice and the same things keeps happening.
What seems to make the problem better or worse? replacing the master cylinder, but I've done that twice, works for a while and then the same problem come back
How long have you had this problem? replace the master cylinder on 8-30-18 and it started doing it again on 9-12-18
