Clicking in the rear air unit

My 2004 expedition rear air unit is making a clicking noise every time I turn it on, the good thing is that cool and warm are come out but I just don't know what it is? any advise?

it is your rear a/c door blend acuator most likely. easy to fix. simply remove the plastic inside body panels on the passenger side in the rear cargo area. This will expose two boxes. The lower one is the blend acuator.
