I got a jump from AAA today on my home I heard some knocking from the drivers side under the hood I have 98 thousands miles on it. Red lightning bolt plus check engine light are on when I got home started it up no check engine or lightning bolt.what should I do?

The car runs fine with the a/c off, so far... Took to the dealership and they replaced fan system. This did not fix the issue. It doesn't matter what speed I'm driving. When I let the car sit for a few hours and drive with a/c off it drives fine again.
