Dear Rwestonprinceton,

The IMRC code refers to the Intake Manifold Runner Control system. This system provides variable intake manifold capacity for different operating conditions. It has a few components to check and inspect. Also, the code is usually left bank or right bank specific.
The EGR Valve Failure is usually a more specific code, such as EGR flow too much/ too little ( P0402/P0401 ) or EGR Valve Position Sensor fault ( could be a P0335 ). You need to have someone who is a sharp diagnostic tech read and trace down both of these code. There is no '1 part' to fix either of these issues in my experience on the Ford Windstar. Best of Luck!
