Changed the rear brake pads and the sensors, how do I turn off warning light?

Rotors were fine, clean with plenty of metal still on them. The dealer wanted $800. that is insane. How can I get the warning light to reset.

SEE A MECH WITH SCAN TOOL OR GO TO DEALER FOR RESET. SIDE NOTE ROTORS AND PADS SHOULD BE CHANGED AT THE SAME TIME ON GERMAN CARS.

If the rotors are good why would I change them. that seems to be a waste of money. Given the added expense why would I do that?

BECAUSE ITS THE RIGHT WAY TO DO THIS JOB. YOU SPEND BIG MONEY ON THE CAR AND NOW YOUR CUTTING CORNERS, NOT A GOOD IDEA.YOU DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IM JUST TELLING YOU THE RIGHT WAY. YOU WILL PROBABLY GET BRAKE NOISES AND CHATTERING
