Changed Fuel pump, plugs & wires, now car is shaking horrible??? Please help

Ok, it must have the 3.8L since you stated it has plug 'wires'.. (Engine size always helpful) .. The coil has numbers on it to show which terminal goes to which cylinder or (spark plug) .. The passenger side cylinders are from front to back 1-2-3 ... The drivers side cylinders are from front to back 4-5-6 ... Make sure plug wires are hooked up from coil to cylinders (spark plugs) accordingly........ For visual help .. Google > 99 mustang firing order .. Look at pictures on the resulting page... Now, if you find the firing order to be correct .. Post results.. Good luck!
