Antifreez should not have any effect on the converter's cores in the converter housing! After repairs on cylinder head and or gaskets the exhaust will blow white smoke for some time after, untill the system is dryed up from coolant. Engine oil can plug the converter up with black carbon from worn rings or worn valve guides or just bad valve stem seals, but usually after high mileage use.
