After the car runs until its hot the gears grind sometimes and are harder to shift especially 1st and Reverse

sounds like a pressure plate failure in the clutch.

Roy...I have a 1980 Triumph TR7 30th Anniv. Edition Roadster which I bought new, 4cyl, 2ltr, 5speed trans
Thanks for thr feedback, I think it's clutch replacement time!!!

Last fluid service? clutch master cyl. leaking/air in it?

NO....It's checked every 2 weeks...I think the pressure plate is the problem, I'm going to replace the clutch...It's 10 years old, and overdue.
