Car wont start

(1999 Ford Taurus)
im working on a taurus that wont start i have great fuel pressure and spark it will start if i hit it with ether. Im not sure what else to check fuel regulator? It acts like the injectors are not working, it has plenty of fuel in the fuel rail. HELP PLEASE

You can buy a noid light to see if the injectors are being fired by the computer. Just disconnect one of the injector connectors and attach the noid light. Crank the engine and the noid light should blink on and off. If not, then there is problem with the injector activation. Let me know
