This may be from a fuel pressure issue. When you shut off a warmed up engine, fuel pressure needs to remain in the fuel lines otherwise you will get "vapor-lock", this is when the liquid fuel turns into a gas in the fuel line, and a fuel pump can only pump liquid, not gas, so the engine will not start until the fuel cools down and turns back into a liquid.
Have the fuel pressure checked and see if the system is holding pressure when shut off, this is called a "residual fuel pressure check".

After driving my vehicle for about 1hr. If I turn it off it takes about 10-15 minutes to restart it. The key turns but no noise no attempt of turning on the engine. New engine, battery, radiator, etc...I have pretty much restored it. It is a 92' Chevy C1500 5.0.

@ Anonymous. i have the same issue with my 90 model. it has a new sarter, alternator, and terminals. ive read that it might be that the ignition switch or ignition module heats up and needs to cool before it works again, meaning the switch is going bad. i havent confirmed this yet though. if this helps let me know.
