Car won't crank or start, when fuse #32 pulled car will now crank stillno start

The battery is charged starter is ok wont crank at all but when the #32 centeral electrical fuse pulled it will now crank but still won't start.

You would have to trace the wiring and see what is on that circuit fuses 25 and 26 I think are the immobilizer/alarm. Do you have a workshop manual? There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars..
