Car womt start after running out of gas?

I ran out of gas, and soon after that my car would not start, even after we put gas in the vehicle.

Is it possible the fuel pump *inertia switch* tripped to the OFF position which stops fuel delivery to the engine instead - - maybe you didn’t run out of gas after all.

Recommend checking the INERTIA SWITCH.
