Car will not shift tried doing it manually but would not work either is there

My car will not shift into any gear. It looks like it on the shift tree and nothing happens. So we tried to manually shift it under the hood but also nothing happened. I replaced the transmission in 2003. the fluid is good. please help me is there any fix without putting in a new transmission

shift cable or range sensor or range sensor connection. tranny's probably fine.

take it to tranny shop and have them diagnose it

Plastic clip at the end of the shift cable is broken. You can secure the cable with a c clip
