Car started then wouldn't start again

(1999 Saturn SL1)
in Lafayette, IN on January 03, 2010
I have a brand new battery in my 1999 Saturn SL1, and last year replaced the EGR Valve and the Transmission Positioning Sensor. Its below zero outside so I went out and started my car early and then let it run/warm up for 10 minutes before I left the house. The car started sort of rough but not uncommon in this cold weather. I drove it for a good 15 minutes, stopped at a store and turned the car off. Came out 10 minutes later and the car wouldn't start up. All the lights came on and I even tried to jump it but no luck. If someone could give me an idea of what might be happening before I have to deal with the repair shop tomorrow that woudl be great.

Check your battery cables if they are loose , corroded or dirty you won't have a complete connection to the starter.

It turned out to be a bad ground wire that killed my starter. Grrrrr it was really costly repairs
