After running out of gas, I left the blinkers on for about 15 mins so that I could go get gas. When I came back, the car wouldn't even turn over. It just clicks. The clock had reset itself and the inside light was dim so I tried to jump it thinking it was the battery, but that didn't help. Any ideas??

Use better jumper cables!! Heaver guage. Sounds like it's time for a new battery
if ONLY 15 min.with flashers ONLY on ran it down that much.
EVEN when using jumper cables of good quality , you should leave them connected for at least 5-10 minutes to allow the battery in the 'dead' car to stabilize a bit so your not potentially doing damage to the host cars alternator. Alternators are not 'jump boxes on wheels' , they are primarily for maintaining a charge level as opposed to recharging a very low battery. Once you get the car running , get it to a SHOP with proper testing equipment and have it tested. If battery is lower grade or more than 4 years old , it will most likely need replacement.
