Car over heats changed water pump and thermstat still overheats

bubbles out of radiator and i see small air like bubbles

Why did you change the water pump and thermostat? I'm guessing because it overheated, right. Have the cooling system check for HYDROCARBONS. Suspect you have a blown head gasket.
