Car Makes Noise Heard only inside the car

(2003 Toyota Camry)
in San Diego, CA on February 07, 2011
My 2003 camry started making this horrible noise this morning - rythymic, like a helicopter right by my car. It can only be heard when inside the vehicle. Standing outside the vehicle, the vehicle sounds the same as always. Any ideas?

Most likely something inside the heater blower motor that is if the noise is present with the fan in any on position. We have seen pencils; paper clips and other object inside this assemble which can make the noise as described. You may also have a fan clutch failing which would make this loud noise for the first minute or two then dissipate. Either way we can inspect and come to the bottom of the mysterious noise.
