Mechanic tells me he needs to replace the transmission mount?? I thought the motor had mounts.

It could be the transmission mount. This is very easy to do yourself I am handy but not a mechanic and replaced mine in 15 minutes. Very easy access just need a couple of jack stands and it is right in the middle of the car. Just a couple of bolts hold it in place. The part cost $35 bucks at the dealership don't get ripped off!
