Car is Dead

(1991 Volkswagen Jetta)
in Toms Brook, VA on July 21, 2010
Just replaced the alternator and battery. Finally got the car started and ran the car and after an hour, the car cuts off and the battery is dead. Could it be the ground for the battery?

BURY IT WITH PROPER SERVICES AND KIND WORDS, OR YOU CAN START BY LOOKING AT YOUR FUEL SYSTEM...EVERY THING...BOTH PUMPS, RELAY AND FUSES ON THE FUSE BOX,COIL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. FUEL HAS TO BE PRESSURIZED TO AT LEAST 60-80PSI OR YOU GO DEAD.
