Car dies while driving

I drive my car for awhile then it will suddenly just die, after a little while, maybe 30 minutes it will restart.

With such a long duration to wait between stall and restart, I suspect something has heated up too much and needs to cool. This would be indicitive of a faulty fuel pump or ignition control module. I would check to see if you're missing spark or fuel when the failure occurs, and then pursue that system.
