Car dies whe going over bump or at stop sign.

(1999 Cadillac DeVille)
I just bought the car recently from a friend. He has about 144,000 miles. The problem is the car goes over a bump it dies. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, clean fuel injectors, drain the gasoline, and put new gas in.

I had the same problem with an Oldsmobile Ninety eight. The problem on my car was an exhaust leak where the exhaust pipe meets the front of the catalytic converter. The oldsmobile had two large rubber secondary hangers to help reduce noise during driving. BUT the were a problem on my car because they allowed the exhaust pipe to slowly break away from the catalytic converter. Then one day my sister hit a large bump and the car died. The pipe had broken loose from it's mount. I stuck the pipe back into the converter. The car started but sputtered and died almost every time you tried to push the brake or the accelarator
