Where is the drain plug to my radiator on my 88 t-bird, and can I use just anti freeze to feel the radiator or do I need to mix it with some water

Drain plug should be at the bottom passenger side of the rad. Just use pure antifreeze! It will mix with what you have in it now. Good idea to check it or have it checked for the actual freezing point after running the car for awhile.
