Can someone please tell me why my jeep liberty lost power while driving.

(2005 Jeep Liberty)
in The Dalles, OR on February 19, 2013
After my jeep came out of the shop then I took it for a drive and on the way back it lost all power but my lights did not go dim. I was able to start it again and it then happened all over again and it would not restart.

Have your battery tested! Maybe bad or low from possible service that was done. Sounds kinda crazy but I bet your problem. Seen many chysler vehicles with same problem. Main issue is your computer controls all your voltage regulating (not in alternator like most other vehicles) and it's primary source of power is battery. Problems with battery, vehicle runs weird and sometimes won't even take jump start.
