Can move shifter into reverse or drive but truck won't move

(2008 Ford F-150)
Engine starts, push brake to move shift into drive, truck won't move. Same issue in D 1&2 and reverse. no lights indicating issue, engine just runs and won't shift into any gear
What seems to make the problem better or worse? neither
How long have you had this problem? first time
