Can I replace all lower bolt joints and brake system gone

It needs to go to a front end alignment shop! YOU do not have the tools required to do this!
I am assuming you mean ball joints, You would need a press to replace these. I would rec. you take to repair shop to save yourself a lot of problems. usually not to expensive of a job to be done.
