Can hydro booster affect steering, brakes and cause brake pedal fade?

I have replaced ball joints, both idler arms and intermediate shaft! Still has sticking and play in steering!

yes it can effect steering and brake pedal pressure. sticking can be hydraboost,play maybe but not always
