Q: can a mechanic damage the wheel speed sensor replacing the front hub assembly on 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

yes it is and every time i push the brakes i feel the abs respond as if i was sliding, this did not start until after the front hub assembly was replaced, how can i tell if they caused it, and what could be causing this problem
You will need to have a scan test on the ABS system, that will tell you if it is in the sensor OR circuit and which one.
Then you will know if it is the same position as the repair ie LF or RF!
