Can a bad imrc cause my 03 Honda CR-V not to start?

(2003 Honda CR-V)
Crank but no start I have fuel and spark I changed my camshaft position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor but still no start can it be the intake manifold runner control
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Crank no start
How long have you had this problem? One morning just dident turn on

What prompted you to assume the problem is related to the IMRC to begin with?

Has the timing belt been replaced as required?

It would be exceptionally odd to have a concern with an intake manifold runner control on this vehicle.

How is engine timing? How is engine compression?
