Broken front gas tank nut

(1999 Chevrolet Astro)
I broke the front gas tank nut on a 99 Chevy Astro while changing the fuel pump.i cut the bolt to get the strap off so now the remaining bolt is hanging out of the frame. what are my options? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to remove the old bolt and "j-nut" from the frame, drilling it out is probably the best way to remove it. New parts are available from most parts stores. The new "j-nut" will clip onto the frame in place of the old one. A new bolt can then be installed.
