(1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty)

brakes heat up when I drive-not even applying brakes. have to pull over and let cool down before I can go again went to bleed brakes after replacing pads and no fluid would come out.Replaced steering hoses that go to booster. Do I maybe have the lines crossed

I suggest you have a professional look at this. If you cannot determine if the lines are connected properly, you may be doing more damage and endangering yourself by trying to fix this.
