Yes, on the 1990 F150, the wheel bearings are internal to the hub and rotor assembly and need to be transferred to the new hub and rotor assembly. Make sure to inspect them first for pitting, wear and discoloration, as these are signs of wear...and suggest replacement.

no just take the brak calerber off and the disc will come right off
