You will need the tools required to lift the vehicle, remove the lug nuts and wheels, remove the brake calipers/brackets and slide of the rotors.

The exact wrenches - I cannot tell you the size. A reasonable tool kit with a lug wrench / impact wrench and various torx and hex wrenches would be helpful.
